Greetings,

   

   My name is Dracula Hige Romulus, I am a gay young man in Sacramento California and this is a short biography of myself explaining my involvement in the gay community.

    I lived in Placerville California since birth. I had troubles with family and eventually moved in with my Jehovah witness grandmother.  However we may not see eye to eye because of our different lifestyles we are close and have a strong relationship!

At the age of 19 I created a MySpace profile account to connect with my friends and other gay men because I just came out being an gay teenager. As I started expanding my friends list I got a request from a adult that went by the alias name “Chazonator”  He’s an Gay Activist online that has a following of 45,000 fans and lives in IL… with time me and Chaz got to know one another and became pen pal friends. He was known to write Blogs Create photo/videos for GLBT demographic. He inspired me to also create my own You Tube Videos for the Gay community and that started my involvement in the GLBT Community. Chaz and myself also worked together to create more GLBT related videos and build a greater following.

As I progressed I got more Talented with photo & video editing plus social networking. After over a few months I had up to 10,000 followers combined on my social networks.

After a couple years later when I was 21 years old I met a man named “Matthew Boger” that lived in my area in Placerville. He is a gay public speaker for Anti Hate causes and is also known in the GLBT community because of his story that also involves him being homosexual. With time we became good friends that he offered me an all expense paid trip to Toronto Canada to help him create a Video of his presentations in that area. Matthew is currently in Los Angles California as General Manager at the “Museum of Tolerance”.

Years pasted and I made new friends and relationships in Sacramento that eventually got me to move in the area. I became a member of the “20 Something group” that is held at the Gender Health Center on L street.  I learned a lot and from the stories of their experiences in the local gay community that later became useful to help find resources in my move to the area. I became close friends with Michael Kenndy also known as our current reigning Empress “Misha Rockafeller” and Gerald Filice. I and Gerald became roommates and I helped in his run for Emperor that in the end got elected as our current reigning Emperor for CGNIE. My first Court title was Imperial Wolf Barron of the 38th Reign then now Imperial Crown Wolf Prince of the 40th reign · Sacramento, California · 2013 to present. I’ve attended events for our court like San Francisco 2013 coronation, where I met Mamma Jose. I wanted to point out that I’m heartbroken with Jose passing and am honored to have met her for Hospitality before the coronation.   

I plan to raise money for charities for both reigning Emperor and Empress plus in the same time bring entertainment for our local GLBT community!
